Prof. Ari Sitas from the University of Cape Town delivered his public lecture on 8 May 2013, on the topic, Equality and Freedom: The Implications for Stability and Development in South Africa and the Role of the Social Sciences.
He also gave a seminar in the School of Social Sciences on Howard College campus, on the topic of Research Governance in South Africa: Implications for the Social Sciences and the Humanities.

Prof. Bo Nordell is heading LTU´s research group on Renewable Energy, which history in water resources engineering also reflects ongoing research. Nordell has mainly been working in the fields of thermal energy storage and snow/ice related problems. Nordell was awarded (Swedish) “Environmentalist of the Year” in 2004. (Årets MIljöprofil) |
